Built in
1900 on Salt Lake’s History South Template Street,
this building was first and foremost a luxurious residence.
Though the years it was altered and converted to office
space. It took a thorough restoration project spanning over
three years to bring the mansion back to its’ former
glory. The centerpiece of the building is the grand entry-way
with its’ vaulted ceiling inlaid with stained glass
art-work. The Stained glass is completely original and was
pain-stakingly restored. The Project required adding structural
upgrades and improvements while preserving the historic
look and quality. This endeavor demanded the highest levels
of coordination between the contractor, architect, engineer,
consultants and owner. |
