Built over 75 years ago, this famous Salt Lake City landmark was in need of renovation to bring it back to its original beauty. The renovation included a new addition that required hand-hewn log construction and extensive matching of historic materials to recreate the original warm, inviting mountain lodge ambiance. Once the renovations were complete, the restaurant became one of the most awarded restaurants in the Intermountain West. It has been featured in USA
