Squatters
Restaurant
Salt Lake City, Utah |
|
Two
historic buildings were renovated for micro-breweries. Both
projects involved use of recycled materials and extensive
design coordination with respect to suppliers and construction
techniques. Squatter’s Pub is in an historic building
that was originally built as a hotel. The long-
neglected turn-of-the-century Boston Hotel was completely
renovated without impacting the architectural integrity
of the original structure. The
former Fuggle’s restaurant was located in the historic
Henderson Building, which was also renovated to house a
restaurant and micro-brewery. |
