The work on this Cape Dutch style estate on fourteen
acres was overseen by David Anthony Easton, an internationally
known designer from New York and a New York architect,
Eric J. Smith.
The work involved utilizing several crafts from the
18th and 19th centuries, including lime plastered walls,
a thatched roof, and custom manufacture of period hardware
and furniture. It is an architectural jewel set in a fourteen
acre wooded estate in the Cottonwood area of Salt Lake
City
